Very close to Gloucester Road bars and restaurants (2 minute walk). Easy access into Bristol City centre (either by bus, car or bike, however it is walkable). Please note we DO NOT allow parties and stag or hen dos. 2 double bedrooms. 1 single room with bunk beds. Stylish bathroom. Separate downstairs toilet. Spacious cosy lounge. Sociable kitchen / breakfast room with seating for 6. Looks out onto the garden. Garden backs onto the park. Decent size - patio and garden furniture. Private driveway with parking for up to 2 cars and free on street parking. 7kW Universal Pod Point Electric Vehicle Charger (charged per £0.35/kWh). Please supply your own charging cable to fit your car.

Please note that dogs are chargeable at a one off fee as is early check in or late checkout again a one off fee for each one not per person. This property was perfect for our group and exceeded our expectations! We loved how spacious the house was and the location was ideal - right next to a big park and Gloucester Road is just a quick walk away for shops & restaurants! Loved our stay here, thank you! Nothing! Everything was spot on

A lovely cozy house, our second visit last one was just for one night so decided to book again - as we felt it would perfectly met our needs for a Christmas family gathering. Parking a huge bonus in Bristol - we’ve stayed in the city many times over the years parking has been a nightmare! And costly. The property was super clean and the owner was great communication wise in fact was great for both of our stays Nothing it suited our needs, very clean lovely kitchen and front sitting room, very stylish decor and furniture in all rooms

The house is in a great location with off-street parking, just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road with all the shops, cafe's and restaurants. The communications from the owners were clear and timely. The house was very clean and tidy. Definitley recommend.

The host was quick at responding to any queries via email. Our stay was very short (12hrs) there were no issues experienced in that time. All 4 guests found our stay comfortable. Would definitely consider stopping again if the need arose.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great - very spacious and has everything you need. The garden is lovely, and the sound insulation is excellent, so it’s quiet and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!
