Stylish, spacious, family friendly 2 storey apartment. Quiet residential road, just one sleepy clerical business below. We have steep steps between floors and low ceilings on top floor, any concerns please ask. My husband is 6ft and he is ok! Walking distance to train station and town, 20 minutes to London. Bus stop outside to Bluewater and Ebbsfleet Station. Shared garden at the rear of Scale Shop. Parking with CCTV at front. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 23

Honestly the most perfect place, stayed with our two young girls, as described the stairs were steep but our girls loved it, made them feel like grown girls! We enjoyed every aspect of it from the outdoor play area so the cosy corner sofa! Could not recommend enough! So much so our youngest called it their new home! Communication was perfect! Truly will be staying again! Thank you!

We booked Kate's property for 2 of our engineers who were working in the local area at Dunelm. The property was a real cosy home from home and had all the guys needed. The host's were responsive and really lovely to deal with. 10/10 :)

Nice quite property, nice and clean with plenty of room and space , host sent instructions on what to do and how to entre which was really easy , a massive plus is parking right outside property, will be staying again soon 😀

A fantastic host and a beautiful home to stay in ! Spotlessly clean and as described! Like that in each bathroom there was hand soap as it’s the one thing I always forget! Responding to messages was fast and helpful, can’t thank you enough for helping our stay be stress free and it was so comfortable and warm

really great stay. the host was quick to respond to queries and sent very clear instructions on access and parking etc. offered alternative check in and check out times for a small fee.
